My Story

What started as a side job developed into a big vision.

With many years of experience as a salesman in different industries I am fully aware of the possible frustration if things don't turn out as expected. In the past I saw many colleagues fail because the resitance was too high and decided for myself that I will push through these invisible limits. I learned from the best mentors, developed my skill and mindset and finally started seeing the results. 

After some time I received a request from an entrepreneur who I've worked with before. He asked if I could imagine training some of his salespeople as he has been following my career path and noticed the changes. As someone who always enjoyed working with people I didn't hesitate and it didn't take long for me to realize that this was absolutely the right decision. Not only was I able to pass on my valuable experience and solve real problems, but I also had the privilege of helping other people bring about lasting change in their lives.

From then on, I officially started offering my consulting services and help businesses improving sales performance and team efficiency. My mission is to bring structure, clarity, and leadership to sales organizations — enabling them to reach their goals faster and more effectively.
